About us and acceptance
This website and the services described are operated by Prestige First at 40 Darnley Street, Glasgow, G41 2SE. By using the website or instructing Prestige First, you agree to the applicable terms.
Section 2
Services
Prestige First provides accident management, insurance liaison, vehicle recovery and repair facilitation. Services may include claim intake, recovery, repairs, replacement vehicles, insurer liaison and agreed financial assistance structures.
Prestige First does not act as an insurer or solicitor unless a separate written agreement clearly states otherwise.
Section 3
Customer responsibilities
You must provide complete and accurate information, have authority to instruct the business, supply requested documents promptly and report relevant communication from insurers or other parties.
Section 4
Replacement vehicles and repairs
Replacement or credit hire vehicles are subject to separate agreements, eligibility and availability. Repair times are estimates and can depend on parts, inspections and the repair facility.
Section 5
Fees and cost recovery
For eligible non fault services, reasonable repair, recovery and hire costs may be sought from the responsible party’s insurer. The financial terms that apply to a customer must be confirmed in the relevant written agreement.
Section 6
Website content
Branding, text, images, graphics, software and design are protected by applicable intellectual property law and may not be copied or reused without permission from the relevant owner.
Section 7
Liability
Website availability is not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and disputes connected with them are subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.
