Can every dent be repaired without paint?

No. Paintless dent repair generally requires accessible, suitable metal damage with intact paint. Creases, stretched metal and paint damage may need a conventional repair.

Can deep scratches be polished out?

Only scratches within the upper clear coat may respond to polishing. If the colour or primer layer is exposed, refinishing is usually required.

Can you assess damage from photographs?

Photographs can support an initial view, but reflections and hidden damage can be misleading. We may need to inspect the vehicle before confirming the repair method.
